Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing effective solutions to their needs. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
  • Exhibiting exceptional communication skills, maintaining a patient demeanor, and adapting to diverse customer personalities and needs.
  • Documenting all interactions and maintaining comprehensive records of customer communications, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service delivery, share best practices, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous, but not required.

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and data management, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10.
  • Direct ethernet connection for internet access is mandatory; wireless connections are not acceptable.
  • A USB headset (not wireless) featuring noise-canceling capabilities.
  • A functioning webcam (external or built-in) for video communication.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $26,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Location

This role is based in San Antonio, TX, with the option to work remotely. You will need to have reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
