Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
