Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing call center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, working in a team environment, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients through daily outbound and inbound calls
- Work in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Schedule appointments and drive revenue growth to meet market goals
- Utilize Service Titan experience to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Adapt to fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environment is essential
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
