What You'll Be Doing
As a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* High-speed internet (15 mbps) and a reliable device for remote work
* A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
