Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet customers' needs
- Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or related industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
