Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on providing excellent customer care and a positive experience.

• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality results.
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records.
• Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is essential.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
• Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications and systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Must reside in California.
