Job Description
As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be responsible for presenting our live casino games to players from around the world. Your role will involve:
- Presenting games in a professional and engaging manner
- Interacting with players through live chat and voice communication
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the studio
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- Have at least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred)
Physical Functions
As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be required to:
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
