What We're Looking For
We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:
- Must reside in Virginia: We're looking for individuals who are currently residing in Virginia and are able to work remotely.
- Must be at least 18 years old: We're an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from individuals of all ages.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required: We're looking for individuals who have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience: While not required, we prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must have open availability during operating hours: We're a 24/7 operation, and we need individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential: We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong track record of success in this area.

Home Setup Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet a range of technical requirements, including:
- Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
