Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product knowledge to help customers navigate our website and online ordering. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless experience
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
