Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from existing clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with general questions about their accounts, notating account information and working with in-house departments to resolve any issues
- Review accounts regarding contracts and reports to match clients with new services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide expert guidance on our financial products and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (experience in the financial industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Ability to type 30 wpm or greater
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary, or data entry clerk
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
