Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. As a remote licensed insurance customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

* Must reside in Oklahoma: We're looking for candidates who reside in Oklahoma and are willing to work remotely.

  • Must be at least 18 years old: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position.
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience: While not required, we prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Must have open availability during operating hours: You must be available to work during our operating hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential: As a remote licensed insurance customer service representative, you'll need to have strong customer service skills and be able to provide exceptional service to our clients.

At Home Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.

  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required for this position.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. You cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
