What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls

in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Listening actively

to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.

Accessing cardholder accounts

to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.

Assisting cardholders

with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Processing transactions

via web-based applications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner

, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge

of company and client programs, policies, and technology, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest developments.

Supporting team operations

during peak times or absences, with a focus on maintaining seamless service and supporting your colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a dependable team member with a strong work ethic, who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period. You'll be an effective and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal skills, able to clearly explain complex information and connect with customers in a professional manner. You'll be a calm and composed professional, able to navigate challenging conversations with empathy and efficiency, and a customer service enthusiast who excels in navigating multiple screens and applications while guiding customers to the best solution.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

Must be at least 18 years old

and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience

, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting

, with a focus on ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their customers.

Compliance with camera requirements

for meetings and training, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the security of our clients' data.

  • Internet Service: A verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
  • Work Area: An established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment.
  • Internet Speed Test: A minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download, with a focus on ensuring reliable and efficient communication.

Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications

, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest developments.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

1+ years of previous call center experience

, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
