Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via Zoom-based virtual appointments - Build lasting relationships with clients through empathetic and professional communication - Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or management, with a proven track record of success - Familiarity with insurance products and services, particularly in the life, accident, and supplemental health insurance space - Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
