About the Role

We're seeking service-minded individuals with good communication skills to fill several sales and customer service representative positions in Tupelo, MS. As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
• Quality control to ensure high standards of service are met

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers

• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• 18+ years of age to meet our minimum age requirement
• Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
• High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
