Position Description

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Working with a variety of clients and their products, services, and programs, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
• Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10)
• A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST or 8am-4pm CST)
