Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their members, while also developing your skills and career with arenaflex. Your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and their members
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
• Leadership development and training to help you grow and succeed in your role

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to clients and their members through inbound and outbound calling

• Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks using basic computer knowledge
• Participate in leadership development and training programs to enhance your skills and career
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their members
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills to provide exceptional service
• Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results and achieve goals
• Ability to interact effectively with people and groups to build strong relationships
• Maintains good customer relations to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees to achieve shared goals
• Team player with a collaborative mindset to drive results and achieve success
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
