Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage customer interactions
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards
• Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and retention
• Interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees to drive business growth and success

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong customer relations and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients

• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
