Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. As a key point of contact for our clients' customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently Manage Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Active Listening: Listen attentively to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.
  • Access Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • Process Transactions: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
  • Support Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

Essential Qualifications

* Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Customer Service Experience: Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience.
  • Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Internet and Equipment: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection, as well as a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Computer Skills: Possess working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Call Center Experience: Have 1+ years of previous call center experience.
