Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and that their needs are met with a smile. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer needs are met, and that our customers receive the best possible experience
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
