About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, supporting our clients and advocates via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to gather and track feedback, ensuring that we continuously improve our customer experience and platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Learning and mastering our systems, tools, and technology to provide world-class support to our clients and advocates - Utilizing our resources to resolve client and advocate inquiries to their complete satisfaction - Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, helping them feel heard and understood - Gathering and tracking feedback to inform our continuous improvement efforts - Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve issues, and implementing creative solutions to resolve complex problems
