Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry clerk and administrative assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and management: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, managing databases, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Administrative tasks: You'll perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing customer support.
  • Research participation: You'll participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients.
  • Micro tasks: You'll complete a variety of micro tasks, such as data collection, content moderation, and transcription services.
  • Communication: You'll communicate effectively with our team, clients, and participants, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted.
  • Current USA resident: You must be a current resident of the United States.
  • Language skills: You must be able to speak, read, and understand English, with Spanish a plus.
  • Focus and follow-through: You'll need to be able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects.
  • Computer and internet: You'll need a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection.
  • Microsoft Word or Excel: While not mandatory, having Microsoft Word or Excel skills can be helpful for keeping yourself organized.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having the following qualifications can be beneficial:

  • Data entry skills: You'll need to be able to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support: Having experience in these areas can be helpful, but not mandatory.
  • LapTop and webcam: You may be asked to use your webcam for certain studies, which typically pay more.

Pay and Benefits

As a remote data entry clerk and administrative assistant, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with up to 250 hours of work per single research study session. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
