Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and professional. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. With a strong focus on creative problem-solving, flexibility, and adaptability, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized.
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and effective manner.
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex standards.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is secure and confidential.
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Comfortable working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
- NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
- NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
