What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our client's customers, helping them navigate complex issues and achieve their goals. Here are just a few of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls

in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Listen actively to understand customer needs

and offer clear, accurate information to help them achieve their goals.

Access cardholder accounts

to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies, using your knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate and helpful information.

Assist cardholders with inquiries

regarding transactions and account statuses, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Process transactions efficiently

via web-based applications, using your knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner

while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and rapport with customers.

Maintain in-depth knowledge

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience

, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and making a real impact every day.

Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting

Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training

  • Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, using your excellent learning and adaptability skills to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
  • Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, using your excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment, using your excellent learning and adaptability skills to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
  • Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download, using your excellent learning and adaptability skills to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
