Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping people navigate the complex world of health insurance. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

- Provide top-notch customer service via inbound and outbound calls, online chats, and email support - Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide technical support - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to enhance skills and knowledge - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with health insurance terminology and regulations
