Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and prospects
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using our proprietary systems
- Completing necessary paperwork and quality control processes
- Leadership development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
