Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, while also driving sales and growth through proactive outreach and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from clients and prospects

  • Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to navigate our CRM system and complete necessary paperwork
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards are met
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance

Essential Qualifications:

* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels, from clients to management and employees
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a union or association setting
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
