Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Working independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems + Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

  • Customer Service:

+ Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues + Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communication:

+ Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients + Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2-3 years of data entry experience
  • Experience working in a research and development environment
  • Knowledge of data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
