Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery

- Field customer inquiries, addressing pain points and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls, setting appointments and performing presentations to clients
- Complete necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
