Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance solutions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret defined procedures and policies - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Adapt to changing projects and updates, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulated guidelines and industry standards
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period - Committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period - Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet required; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a call center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
