Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, while also providing leadership and guidance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Field customer inquiries and address pain points in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Daily Activities

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and resolve issues

  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and tools
  • Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Quality control checks to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Leadership development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age to ensure eligibility for the role
  • Must pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
