Primary Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing top-notch customer service and personalized support
  • Collaborating with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the team
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
  • Proficient in using technology and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
