Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care & Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers by answering questions about insurance products and helping them find the right coverage.
- Handling inbound inquiries only, from individuals who have already shown interest in our insurance options.
- Guiding customers through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Educating clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and friendly manner.
- Following up with potential customers, providing additional support as needed.
- Working alongside licensed agents to finalize insurance plans for customers.
