Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients. You'll work independently, using your own computer and internet connection, to complete tasks and projects as assigned. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients
* Work independently, using your own computer and internet connection, to complete tasks and projects as assigned
* Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and reports
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word and Excel skills a plus
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
