Job Overview

As a Spanish bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, creating a schedule that works best for you within client hours of operation. Our contractors enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the freedom to manage their own time and workload.

Schedule and Earnings

The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to create a schedule that suits your needs. Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish: You will be interacting with customers in both languages, so it's essential that you have strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care: You should have experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer care.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills: You will need to be able to handle complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor: You will be interacting with customers in a variety of situations, so it's essential that you have a friendly, empathetic tone and a professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset: You will be working independently, so you should be self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software: You will need to be comfortable using technology, including computer applications and software.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM: You will need a computer that meets the minimum requirements, with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11: You will need to have one of these operating systems installed on your computer.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone: You will need a wired USB headset with microphone to ensure clear communication.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed: You will need a high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: You will need to have antivirus software installed on your computer to protect against malware and viruses.
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication: You will need a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad to authenticate with our system.

Work Environment Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following work environment requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space: You will need a quiet, uninterrupted space to work from.
  • Organized desk area: You will need to have an organized desk area to ensure that you can work efficiently.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
