Job Summary
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that meet our customers' evolving needs. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service strategies that meet our customers' evolving needs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address customer pain points
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
- Perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Participate in leadership development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote work environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
