Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to Medicaid members, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to Medicaid members through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a Medicaid or healthcare-related environment

  • Knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
