Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest features and benefits. Your daily activities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and resolve their queries
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Maintaining basic computer knowledge and using our systems to complete tasks efficiently
  • Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Participating in quality control and leadership development initiatives to continuously improve your skills and performance

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age, with a valid ID and ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
