Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promptly answer incoming phone calls: Provide exceptional service and support to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Caringly assist callers with their needs: Empathize with customers, listen actively, and offer solutions to resolve their issues.
- Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications: Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues through various communication channels.
- Accurately schedule repair appointments: Coordinate with our dispatch team to schedule appointments based on service area and scope of work.
- Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team: Share availability and skill sets to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Assist other team members as needed: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide support when needed.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Computer and data entry proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and iOS, as well as data entry skills.
- Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience: A background in customer service, call centers, or dispatch operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ServiceTitan: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-driven: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
