Key Responsibilities
As a remote data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing data entry tasks and micro tasks from the comfort of your own home
- Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Providing feedback and insights to help shape the development of new products and services
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work and progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (although not mandatory)
- The ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to read, write, and type at a minimum of 25 words per minute
- A current USA resident
- Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- The ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available to you)
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with:
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
- Data entry skills and experience
- A laptop and webcam for participating in video studies (which typically pay more)
Pay and Benefits
As a remote data entry clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, and up to $250 per single research study session. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
