Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy. You will provide members and providers with information on benefits, pharmacy services, provider directories, and other related topics. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our members and providers have a positive experience with arenaflex, and that their questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide members and providers with information on benefits, pharmacy services, provider directories, and other related topics
- Document and track all member/provider contact in the system
- Guide members through policy details and regulatory requirements
- Process claim referrals, complaints, and appeals
- Review and interpret member claims history for accurate benefit tracking
- Support credentialing/recredentialing processes for providers
- Respond to legal documentation requests
- Prepare trend reports and audit-related documentation
- Educate on self-service tools and resolve customer concerns within guidelines
Schedule and Location
* Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Training: 4–6 weeks, mandatory attendance)
- 100% Remote (Must live in Oklahoma)
Salary and Benefits
* $18.00/hour

Required Qualifications
* Must reside in Oklahoma
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
- Must use a hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
- Must be able to attend full 4–6 week training without interruptions
- Healthcare insurance and call center experience preferred
- Assessment required prior to submittal (details forthcoming)
- Must include the following at the top of resume:
+ Internet speed test (meeting speed requirement) + Confirmation of hardwired connection + Confirmation of ability to attend all training + Oklahoma residency
Education
* High School Diploma or GED required
