Job Overview
As a full stack customer service representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while also escalating complex issues to senior representatives when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customers
Schedule and Earnings
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs, while also ensuring that you are available to work during client hours of operation. Your earnings will vary based on client rates, which range from $17 to $20 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Contractual Relationship
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
