Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and retention.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue.
• Assisting customers with remedies to retain business and resolve issues.
• Using gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with heavy call volume during peak season.
• Collaborating with our field offices and customers to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School/GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center.
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment.
• Verification of internet speed (minimum 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload).
• Ability to pass a computer assessment and background check.
• Ability to work in a high-volume role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a remote Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll need:

• An appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise.
• A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting.
• A minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem.
