Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
• Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and retention
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase sales revenue
• Assisting customers with remedies to retain business and resolve issues
• Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and drive engagement
• Working in a fast-paced environment with heavy call volume during peak season
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Excellent customer service soft skills, including empathy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

• An appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
• A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
• Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
