Customer Care: The Heart of arenaflex

At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer care, and our Customer Care team is at the forefront of this effort. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional, from resolving issues to providing personalized support. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our drivers and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving any problems that arise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualities. We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer care experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail: You'll be meticulous in your work, ensuring that every customer interaction is accurate and efficient.
  • Well-organized and punctual: You'll be able to manage your time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Reliable and supportive team member: You'll be a team player, always willing to lend a hand and support your colleagues.
  • Multitasking and time management: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing your workload with ease.
  • Honesty and professionalism: You'll maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in everything you do.
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls on a daily basis: You'll be able to handle high volumes of customer calls, resolving issues and providing support with ease.
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative: You'll be able to think critically and make sound decisions, often in high-pressure situations.
  • Liaising with dry cleaners and drivers: You'll be able to communicate effectively with our partners, ensuring that they provide the best possible service to our customers.

Work Schedule

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll enjoy a structured rota, working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 1 PM to 9 PM EDT. This will provide you with a stable and predictable schedule, allowing you to plan your life with confidence.
