Job Summary

As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a Contractor Role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work independently, managing your schedule and workload to meet client expectations and deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
