Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing data entry tasks, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
  • Working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of your work
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues via email and phone
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
  • Experience with data entry software and tools
  • Ability to use a webcam and conduct online studies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits

As a remote data entry clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, and up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions. You'll also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
