Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in New York City, NY. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including but not limited to, customer information, transactions, and other relevant data

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders through timely and effective data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
