Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You'll work closely with our sales team to provide product recommendations, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the sales team to provide product recommendations and promote arenaflex services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior work experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior work experience with arenaflex or a similar retail pharmacy chain
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Experience with customer service software and technology
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
