Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex's products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
