Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax-Financial Services Organization- Private Client Services-Tax Chat Manager to join our team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our PCS team, you'll be responsible for managing our tax chat services, ensuring seamless client interactions, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Manage our tax chat services, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and preferences
- Collaborate with our PCS team to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client services
- Work closely with our technology team to ensure seamless integration of tax chat services with our existing systems
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in tax consulting or financial services, with a focus on private client services
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry developments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in tax software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax consulting or financial services, with a focus on private client services
- Experience working with high net worth individuals, families, and their businesses
- Strong knowledge of tax planning and advisory services, with a focus on wealth management and succession planning
- Experience with tax chat services or similar technologies
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on serving diverse client populations
